Ingredients
serves makes 6 cocktails, active time 10 minutes, total time 10 minutes
- 9 ounces silver tequila
- 3 ounces Campari
- 4 1/2 ounces fresh pink grapefruit juice, from 3 to 4 grapefruits
- 4 1/2 ounces lime juice, from about 9 limes
- 2 ounces simple syrup (or more to taste, see note above)
- 3 ounces ginger beer
- Garnish: 6 lime wheels
Procedures

Combine tequila, Campari, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a
serving pitcher. Add 2 cups ice and stir for 15 seconds. Add ginger beer and
stir gently.

Divide cocktail between 6 glasses and garnish with lime wheel.
