Ingredients

serves makes 1 cocktail, active time 3 minutes, total time 3 minutes

• 1 1/2 ounces gin (see note above)
• 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
• 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon absinthe (see note above)
• 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crème de violette (see note above)
• Lemon twist, for garnish

Procedures

1. Pour gin, vermouth, absinthe, and crème de violette into an ice-filled. Stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, add lemon twist, and serve immediately.
